What rate do you pay for copper, iron and other metals?
Metal rates change daily with the market, so any dealer quoting you a fixed rate on a website is quoting an old number. Send us a photo on WhatsApp with the rough weight and you'll get today's actual rate within the hour.
Do you charge for pickup, labour or transport?
No. Our team, truck and tools come at our cost, including dismantling and carrying items down from upper floors. The price you agree is what you receive.
Is there a minimum quantity?
For metals and furniture there's no real minimum — a few chairs or one old AC is fine. For paper and plastic we prefer at least 50 kg so the trip makes sense for both of us, but ask anyway and we'll try to fit you into a nearby route.
Can you clear an entire office or factory?
Yes, this is a large part of what we do. We survey the site, give one price for the whole lot, and handle dismantling, loading and disposal. Most offices are cleared in a single day; factories may take longer depending on machinery.
How do you pay?
Cash on the spot before loading starts. For larger amounts we can arrange a bank transfer or a cheque, whichever your accounts department prefers, and provide a receipt for the transaction.
What happens to old company records and hard drives?
Paper records can be shredded and hard drives physically destroyed before they leave your premises, with a disposal confirmation if you need one for compliance. Just mention it when you book the visit.
